MDS are proud to be signatories of the Tomorrow’s Engineers Code. We aim to deliver and inspire a more diverse engineering workforce and work together with other organisations to achieve this aim.
What is The Code?
Launched in October 2020, the Tomorrow’s Engineers Code is a commitment to work toward common goals to increase the diversity and number of young people entering engineering careers.
There is a wealth of information on their website, so we will not seek to repeat that here, but would encourage you to take a look and get involved so that we can build the next generation of great engineers for our industry. You will be on great company and working alongside companies such as Airbus, BP, IET and Siemens.
