Service Agreements Guarantee
Our new service agreements guarantee customers speedy response times, scheduled calibration visits and 24/7 hour telephone support to protect their critical control points all year round.
MDS are offering three levels of cover to choose from, but we can also put together bespoke packages for an individual site’s requirements. Each level of cover includes system validations, end of next working day service call out response times (Monday to Friday) and discounts on any spare parts purchases necessary.
Signing up to a 12-month service contract has the added benefit of exclusive access to the out of hours support line which is available for use on weekdays 07:00 – 22:00, and at weekends 09:00 – 20:00. Telephone support is also available on all bank holidays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Metal Detector Service Contracts
From 2023, MDS will be offering a comprehensive tange of service contracts for your site’s metal detection systems. These will provide a range of benefits including:
- The contract will be customised to your site’s requirements so you will know that every element is covered.
- We can work on a wide range of metal detection systems.
- Our contract will offer you a highly cost effective way of fixing your service and maintenace budget for the year.
- You will have the piece of mind of knowing these vital elements of your production line are fully maintained.
- Should an unscheduled site visit be required this will be covered by the contract.
