THS Production Software 4.0
THS Production is an exclusive CEIA software suite that provides real-time monitoring, reporting, and control across multiple metal detectors — all without leaving the office or control room.
Using the CEIA-ERP Interface and OPC UA Server modules, THS Production connects directly to your database and PLC/SCADA systems. This enables a secure, two-way data flow, allowing your production system to both read and write parameters to each detector.
The Data Inspector Tool adds powerful signal analysis through any web browser, helping identify electrical or mechanical noise, contamination, or faults before they cause downtime.
Together, these tools give complete visibility of your inspection process — improving efficiency, reducing stoppages, and keeping production running smoothly.
THS Production integrates with CEIA metal detectors (additional requirements may apply).
