We are delighted to announce an internal promotion within our Service Department, Andy Elder, who has been with MDS for 5 years, is now our Field Service Supervisor.
In his new role, Andy will be taking on a more office based position assisting with the running of the Technical Support helpdesk and building customer relationships. Andy will also be looking after our spare parts and in house repairs department, but don’t worry he will still be out on the road, maintaining a field service support role.
As we continue to get busier Mike Tinsley, our Service Operations Director has seen a need to increase the experienced and trained technical presence within our offices to ensure we are constantly providing excellent services to our customer.
