Metal Detection Services would like to reassure our customers that we will continue to operate as normally as possible during the current Coronavirus situation.
We have implemented a robust hygiene routine throughout our premises and with our team of service and sales engineers. We understand the need to reduce physical contact. We are able to provide meetings over the telephone or via video conferencing. We will however continue to support service visits to customer’s premises and will certainly adhere to any further health or security checks our customer base may implement.
We have a dedicated fully operational help desk to deal with any orders or spare parts if you need to stock up. Just email us at help@mds.org.uk if you have any spare part or general service enquiries.
We are monitoring the government advice which is changing daily and we will update you on any changes that may impact on our abilities to meet our commitments.
All telephone calls and emails will be dealt with as usual.
