MDS Manchester has continued to grow by appointing a new full time member to join their administration team.
2018 was a fantastic year for MDS, due to this growth it has been necessary to add an extra full time member to the admin team based at the Headquarters in Sale, Manchester.
Jess joined MDS in January 2019, her role at MDS Manchester is to support the sales team by processing orders and arranging delivery for new metal detectors as well as spare parts. Jess will also assist with the booking of onsite scheduled emergency break down service visits alongside a range of administration duties in the office.
MDS work predominantly within the Food industry, as well as the textile and pharmaceutical industries. To most people this type of manufacturing is very mysterious. MDS will support Jess with
her understanding of the importance of metal detection, and the role of MDS within the industry, by organising site visits where she can accompany a trained engineer to see a metal detector working on a manufacturing line. She will also have the opportunity to visit the CEIA Headquarters in Italy where she will see how each metal detector is made before being dispatched to the end user.
Mike Tinsley (Service Ops Director) and Jaki Keates (Admin Manager) conducted a series of interviews towards the end of 2018 and were very pleased when Jess accepted their offer in December.
MDS are delighted to welcome Jess into the MDS family and look forward to her settling into the role over the coming months.
